Freehold Sale or Purchase
Freehold Sale
to include submitting Property Information to the Buyers’ Solicitors and replying to enquiries before Contract; deducing your Title to the property; exchanging Contracts on your behalf and completing the sale; redeeming mortgage (if any); including correspondence, incidental attendances and telephone conversations.

Freehold Purchase
to include instituting all necessary searches and enquiries on your behalf; agreeing and settling form of Contract and Transfer; reporting to you upon the terms of the purchase; exchanging Contracts on your behalf and completing the purchase; complying with Inland Revenue and Land Registry formalities; to include acting for your lender (if any) on the mortgage of the property; to include all incidental attendances, correspondence and telephone conversations.

Fee earner undertaking the work
Generally residential conveyancing work is either dealt with by Miss Jennifer Lee, a Solicitor who qualified in 2010, or Miss Kimberley Borland, a Licensed Conveyancer, who qualified in 2010.

All prices current as at 31st March 2024. Where VAT is payable it will normally be payable at 20%. We cannot provide pricing information for every single circumstance and the prices given are an indication only. We normally charge on a fixed fee basis but we reserve the right to increase/vary our fees if your matter becomes more complicated or requires more attention than anticipated.
