The Process

• We meet with you in the office to run through your requirements and take your instructions.
• We prepare a draft Will for your approval, and write to you with this, together with an explanation of the various clauses and our client care letter.
• If any amendments are required, then we deal with those.
• We invite you back into the office to execute the engrossment.
• Either the original Will can be stored in our Wills storage facility, or if you have somewhere suitable for storage, you can take the original Will home.
