1. Basic Charges

to include instituting all necessary searches and enquiries on your behalf; agreeing and settling form of Contract and Transfer; reporting to you upon the terms of the purchase; exchanging Contracts on your behalf and completing the purchase; complying with Inland Revenue and Land Registry formalities; to include acting for your lender (if any) on the mortgage of the property; to include all incidental attendances, correspondence and telephone conversations

Freehold Sale

to include submitting Property Information to the Buyers’ Solicitors and replying to enquiries before Contract; deducing your Title to the property; exchanging Contracts on your behalf and completing the sale; redeeming mortgage (if any); including correspondence, incidental attendances and telephone conversations

As Freeehold Purchase and also reporting to you upon the terms of the Lease and the service charge details, agreeing service charge and ground rent apportionments; dealing with Notice of Assignment and Charge, Deed of Covenant as necessary

Leasehold Sale

As Freehold Sale and also obtaining and providing Leasehold Information Form, settling service charge and ground rent apportionments, obtaining Licence to Assign as necessary
